Dan Epstein, CEO of ReSource Pro penned an article in the current edition of AAMGA’s WIN Magazine.<\/p>\n
The article, Technology Adoption by the Numbers, tasks Insurance Organizations with examining process and people before<\/em> automating.<\/p>\n In the article Dan stresses that “technology can’t fix inefficient processes.”<\/p>\n As stated in the article, the 2013 Insurance Operations Best Practices survey conducted by ReSource Pro Analytics found that automation increased workload for 37% of respondents. Another 35% said that technology did not change workload. Automation and technology thus did not drive efficiency, productivity or deliver improved productivity.
