Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking has issued <strong>Bulletin 24-IB-002-05\/21<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This bulletin sets forth the Department\u2019s expectations as to how Insurers will govern the development\/acquisition and use of certain AI technologies, including the AI Systems described herein.
